It’s hard to believe spring is already here. Although, for those of us that live down in Houston, spring sprang (sprung?) back in January!

Q1, 2017 brought many exciting projects to Story+Structure. As we rapidly close in on the halfway point of 2017, we wanted to catch you up on what we’ve has been up to lately. Our website got a little refresh, we attended two conferences (check out our thoughts on ACE and UPCEA here), and we kicked-off some exciting projects with new clients wanting to take a human-centered approach to their businesses. 


A New Student Experience for the Boston Center for Adult Education

Known to locals as the "BCAE," this storied institution has chosen Story+Structure to help them develop a new approach to student outcomes. In partnership with other organizations brought in by BCAE, we are developing a shopping cart, membership system, website, and other key components to bring BCAE’s dynamic capabilities into the digital world. This project represents an exciting opportunity to develop a complete SalesForce-backed student-facing solution. Something we have been wanting to do for some time. Keep an eye out for this case study in June after the launch. 


Boston Symphony Orchestra Strengthens its Connection to its Customers

The Group Sales Division of the Boston Symphony Orchestra has tasked Story+Structure with rethinking and enhancing its customer engagement strategy. Group Sales is responsible for working with tour groups, the local tourism board, schools, and corporate organizations to create unforgettable public and private performances by The Boston Pops and its various ensembles. Each performance represents an opportunity to enhance and innovate how people experience this iconic orchestra. Story+Structure is helping develop a more holistic strategy to better understand and capture the nuances of the customer journey, from awareness to performance, resulting in faster sales cycles, staff and workflow efficiencies, and improved customer connections.


Cal State Fullerton (CSUF) Extends Pilot Program with Division-Wide Implementation

CSUF University’s Extended Education and International Programs and Global Engagement (UEE/IPGE) has invited Story+Structure to broaden the University’s CRM implementation to both divisions, enhancing the student experience. The organization is taking steps to grow its customer base by meeting the diverse needs of the Southern California region. 


Sacramento State CCE Kicks Off a New Brand Encounter

Sacramento State University's Extension unit has contracted Story+Structure to create a unified brand encounter that both informs a new service blueprint, and influences process alignment. Both are crucial as the unit moves towards launching a new CRM system in the near future.
