By developing strategies to create more inclusive business and learning environments.

Kevin is a relentlessly inclusive organizational development and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategic innovator. He has worked to identify and dismantle barriers to inclusion for all people as far back as he can remember.

Kevin brings nearly two decades of global experience, helping organizations to develop strategies that create more open and inclusive learning and business environments.  He has developed a reputation for working on innovative projects from helping to create an Adaptive Music Technology Laboratory for visually impaired students at Berklee College of Music to creating comprehensive diversity recruiting strategies for the Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD). He collaborated in the design and implementation of a nationally recognized Inclusive Concurrent Enrollment Partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Education. He has also acquired vast and diverse experience in the Music Business Industry going back to the late 1990s.

Previously, Kevin was the Director for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion / Deputy for Prevention and Education at Berklee College of Music and has led organizational development and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and workshops at The Boston Foundation, The New England Educational Opportunity Association (NEOA), Association for Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD),Colombo Americano, Helsinki Pop and Jazz Conservatory, Aichi Gakuin University, and Boston Public Schools.

Kevin holds an M.A. in Critical and Creative thinking from the University of Massachusetts Boston. In his spare time, he enjoys climbing the tallest peaks he can find to snowboard down.
